About Lizette

Lizette is a Marriage and Family Therapist working with clients in throughout Florida. Lizette works with clients in person in the Orlando area.

Lizette offers individuals, family and relationship counseling. Lizette also offers EMDR Therapy. Lizette describes her job as creating emotional space for people who want to discuss and work through personal issues.

Lizette was born and raised in San Diego, California. She was proudly raised by a resilient Mexican family. She would describe herself as kind, playful, direct, observant, and optimistic. Lizette lived many years closeted, but is now openly queer.

When she’s not working, Lizette is enjoying live music, spends time with friends and family, thrifts and enjoys a good cup of coffee.
